The purpose of the Alleghany County Kitchen is to prepare, cook and package meals for the Alleghany County Detention inmate population, plan, order, and maintain inventory for food preparation, transport meals to the Alleghany County Detention Center per food handling guidelines and regulations, maintain all records for kitchen operations and Detention Center jail meals.
