Project Description: The County is replacing the existing Transfer Station with a new Transfer Station at 431 Osborne Road, Sparta, NC. The project consists of demolition, clearing and grubbing, stormwater management and grading for the new building, building erection, access road, all utilities, and supporting infrastructure for the new facility.
