Register for Youth Sports or Reserve Facilities

We will be keeping the pool open in the evenings from 3 pm to 7 pm after school starts back August 19th.

We will be closing the pool for the winter on September 21st.

Just as a reminder, there will be no lifeguards on duty during this time. Children will need to have adult supervision and you will swim at your own risk.

The Alleghany County Recreation Department is located in the new County Administration Building at the intersection of Main Street and Grandview Drive.

We've added information on the County Fairgrounds, our Recreational Facilities, and Youth Sports Programs. If you have questions, call or drop by our office.
